Manisha is originally from Aurangabad, India, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics & Power Engineering. She began her professional career in the academic field and from there went on to serve with an NGO with various programs for the empowerment of rural women and the development of watersheds.

She then moved to and stayed in China for 10+ years where she was actively involved in community and service activities. From conducting “Bhagawat Geeta” Classes for all age groups to being one of the coordinators of a Sunday cultural school Gurukul, where she used to give lessons on values and disciplines to children of various ages.

Moving back to India, Manisha and Laxmikant joined their family business Deven Group and incorporated with other founding members, the new technology vertical, Deven InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. Her role in the company is to manage and guide the HR, Operations and Admin departments. Holding her principles at utmost importance, she is ever dedicated to empowering employees to provide value additions in their line of work.
