Balkrishna Bhakre is a Civil Engineer by profession, has a vast experience of 25 years as a successful business person in diversified fields including Real Estate, Fertilizers, and the Hi-Tech industry.

He completed his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1987 from the prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, Aurangabad, India. Balkrishna Bhakre, popularly known as BB is a visionary and is always in pursuit of new avenues to explore and succeed.

In his illustrious career of 25 years, he is building his business no matter what sector. He has a passion to provide a unique experience to his customers, extremely conscious about the quality of products and services that his venture has to offer and always motivates his teams to innovate and strive for better and not to become complacent.

Laxmikant Bhakre works for the development of the Local Market in China for EKC Brand products, as well as supports and develops nearby markets through Exports. He gets the plant equipped and keeps the plant ready for challenges provided by the sales team in terms of Local and export contracts.

Hr works with CP Industries (USA) closely as a sister company of the group to help them market their products in China and also explore new products and designs to be brought into China EKC plant for manufacturing in a phased manner.

Laxmikant also worked with PTS Motors, which is one of the few China-based manufacturers of mid-range displacement power vehicles, specializing in out-of-the-box products of international performance. It is a 100% export-focused company catering to overseas customers and importers of scooters, motorcycles, and ATVs and has exported more than 300, 000 vehicles worldwide. He reported to the CEO and led a team of 25 multinational professionals in managing export sales, acquiring new customers, developing vendors for trading and OEM businesses, contract manufacturing using existing resources, and coordinating the design of new products by an Australian company.

He was also part of a LML Limited as Sr Manager Assembly and Testing. LML manufactures scooters and motorcycles for domestic and export markets. Laxikant managed a team of 110 and looked after the assembly of engines – meeting production, quality, and cost parameters. He also supported R&D in developing new products by coordinating various tests at the engine test facility and coordinated with Service Department to resolve field issues. Team building and enhancing competencies through training and development is one of his core areas of business interests.

Manisha is originally from Aurangabad, India, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics & Power Engineering. She began her professional career in the academic field and from there went on to serve with an NGO with various programs for the empowerment of rural women and the development of watersheds.

She then moved to and stayed in China for 10+ years where she was actively involved in community and service activities. From conducting “Bhagawat Geeta” Classes for all age groups to being one of the coordinators of a Sunday cultural school Gurukul, where she used to give lessons on values and disciplines to children of various ages.

Moving back to India, Manisha and Laxmikant joined their family business Deven Group and incorporated with other founding members, the new technology vertical, Deven InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. Her role in the company is to manage and guide the HR, Operations and Admin departments. Holding her principles at utmost importance, she is ever dedicated to empowering employees to provide value additions in their line of work.

Aniruddha brings over 15+ years of broad Software Architect and Engineering leadership to Deven InfoTech, with design and development expertise across multiple technology platforms. As an experienced software architect providing solutions for a variety of platforms, Aniruddha has worked closely with the US Federal Government, US Postal Service, US Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Northrop Grumman leading implementations of customized products and reporting framework from concept to customer delivery.

Aniruddha is an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and has successfully lead numerous projects worth millions of dollars, by applying Agile Methodology, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) methodologies, J2EE technologies, cloud technologies.

Aniruddha is an Oracle Certified Master, Java EE 5 Enterprise Architect, and TOGAF 9.0 certified, and brings extensive domain knowledge of IT standards used across the US Government, healthcare software solutions, and commercial sector.
